TERMS OF USE

  1. The owner of Sea4You is Organizacja Marynarzy Kontraktowych NSZZ Solidarnosc in Szczecin, 71-604, Szarotki 8 street.

  2. Use of Sea4you is free of charge for Employers as well as for Employees.

  3. Portal Sea4You contains information abort job possibilities and is targeted to seafarers and other marine industry employees and shall play only information role.

  4. Web site Sea4You shall counteract against unemployment and help unemployed seafarers to find employment.

  5. Employee undertakes to publish only their own job offers which shall reflect actual employment conditions.

  6. All announcements shall have expiry date.

  7. Announcements shall be removed as soon as they empire.

  8. Announcements shall not repeat itself (same Employer, same position, same place of work).

  9. Announcements shall not have any links to other places on Internet.

  10. Employer shall not publish any other information which are not meant for Sea4You.

  11. Employer is responsible for announcements contents and it’s consequences arising from, including use of the Employer trademark / trade name.

  12. OMK NSZZ Solidarnosc takes no liability for contents of announcement nor for trademarks / trade names used in announcements published on Sea4You Web site.

  13. OMK NSZZ Solidarnosc shall not be liable to the Employer or be deemed to be in breach of any these Terms of Use by reason of any delay in performing or failure to perform any of the Services if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond OMK reasonable control (including but not limited to any factors affecting the operation of the Web Site including computer viruses or interruptions to power supply).

  14. OMK NSZZ Solidarnosc takes no liability for contents of announcements and any irregularities arising from.

  15. OMK NSZZ Solidarnosc reserves right to remove any announcement in case it was published against conditions in “Terms of Use for Employers”.

  16. OMK NSZZ Solidarnosc reserves right to block the account of Employer in case of violate of “Terms Of Use for Employers” or publishing false announcements.

  17. The Employer acknowledges that all copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in or arising from any material contained in the Web Site shall remain the exclusive property of OMK NSZZ Solidarnosc.

  18. The Employer shall not reproduce, display, distribute or otherwise use any of the contents of the Web Site for any public or commercial purposes and shall not use the contents of the Web Site in any other networked computer environment for any other purpose.

  19. These Terms Of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. In the event of any dispute, the parties hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
